HOW TO START THE BALL ROLLING-10 EASY STEPS
- Go through our website and learn more about our company.
- Phone our office. We would like to learn more about your window project and get information to send you an information package.
- You will receive your personalized information package by mail or email.
- Read over our previous client list. You may know friends, neighbours or relatives that you may want to talk to that have installed our window product.
- We schedule a consulation with you the homeowners in your home. We work together with you to design and price your window project.
- We give you a written guaranteed contract of your window project, not just an estimate.
- You place your window order, a deposit is put down, and a few days later your deposit is processed. Your order goes into the rotation.
- Your windows are manufactured, loaded onto a cart, and readied to be rolled into our customized mobile work shop.
- We book an installation date with you, our installation team arrives at your home on that day, and your new windows are installed. At the end of the day a quality control sheet is filled out with you and the balance due is collected.
- One week after the window installation you receive an “After Installation” client evaluation. Twelve months later you receive another client evaluation, followed every 5 years after that.
We cannot accurately price your project via phone or email. For us to do our job properly, we have go to meet with the clients in their home to discuss design alternatives taking into considerations such things as airflow, natural light, view points, ease of operation, fire escape, accessibility, internal & external influences and architectural design, while looking at ways to keep the cost down.
