Just like every homeowner is unique, so is every home. Thats why accurate measurements are a critical first step in creating your custom window package.  

There are many factors that go into the design and pricing of a window package. This is why we come to your home to measure your windows for accuracy.   Our sales consultants have been trained to help our clients with all aspects of their window project. You will find their help and experience to be very valuable. They take the risk out of the process and take all responsibility for measurents and work quoted, leaving you with no unpleasant surprises and no extra costs.

The sales consultation:

  1. After recieving your contact information and some of the details from our customer service representative, our Sales consultant will contact you and schedule an appointment time to meet with you at your home. 
  2. While going room to room with you, they will measure each window and offer design suggestions. 
  3. To secure your pricing and move ahead with your window order, a deposit is put down for a portion of the contract total.
  4. Your window order is then sent to our office to be processed.
  5. The glass for your windows is ordered and scheduled for delivery.
  6. Your order is then sent to the manufacturing floor, where your windows will be manufactured.
  7. Once the glass for your window order has arrived, your windows will be fully completed, cleaned and inspected.
  8. A customer service representative will contact you and schedule a day for us to come and install your windows.
  9. Your windows will then be loaded into our installation trailer which has been stocked with the supplies for your particular installation.
